European Digital Services Act (DSA)
According to the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2022/2065 of October 19, 2022, on the single market for digital services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act, hereinafter: DSA), to the extent that InsERT S.A., headquartered in Wrocław, at Jerzmanowska 2 Street, 54-519 Wrocław, Poland ("InsERT", "Service Provider"), offers intermediary services within the meaning of Art. 3 letter g point (iii) of the DSA, the following information applies:

The single point of contact for Member State authorities, the Commission and the Digital Services Board referred to in Article 61 of the DSA provided by InsERT S.A. is the e-mail address dsa@insert.com.pl.
Communication on matters related to Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA shall be handled by InsERT S.A. in Polish and/or English.
